Overview
The Salem witch trials are a truly tragic even in New England history. Much of the true story has been lost to the fantastic ideas of witched and warlocks we see today. Even modern Salem has become incredibly commercialized. In an attempt to demystify the Salem witch trials, I created an interactive online exhibit featuring artwork that depicts moments from the trials. The purpose of this exhibit is to inform the view and well as to catalogue and document pieces of art that reference the trials.
The exhibit features a variety of artwork, but I also created some promotional items for the exhibit. Below are a poster and a banner advertisement designed to be displayed on websites.
